Quantum of Solace director Marc Forster has just come out with a new short film for Swiss Air Lines — flagship carrier of the country where he was raised.
Made at Paramout via Publicis ad agency, the short features Forster himself cast against a strongly-graphic, fluid and mobile backdrop.
Titled “LX Forty” — the flight number of Swiss’ Zurich-LAX route — the short is actually pretty cool, especially for an in-flight airline promo.
All of the film’s CG goodies are clearly a tease for what Forster has in store for us in his next flick World War Z — the big screed adaptation of the Max Brooks book about zombie wars in a post-apocalyptic urban wasteland being produced by Brad Pitt’s Plan B Entertainment.

Forster, you may remember, comes to World War Z following a costly, hard-core battle of Zombie-like proportions with Leonardo Di Caprio’s production arm Appian Way.
